Crystal Johnson

As Director of Marketing and Clinical Recruiter, Crystal brings fifteen years of team leadership experience which includes ten years in marketing and six years of clinical recruiting leadership to C to C.

Crystal's philosophies at work mirror her beliefs in her private life - that most everything can be broken down to integrity, proper balance, a good sense of humor, and finding the beauty that hides in difficult spaces. Crystal worked as Tim's trusted right hand for several years where their mutual respect and team-focused leadership created a dynamic combination.

She is a writer, photographer, lover of travel, and fond of all things bookish. She also owns an online paper boutique called Periphery Mill. During her free time, you will usually find her with her husband Dan, their children, and beloved Cane Corso, Nero or unearthing precious moments with the strong females in her life. Crystal's love of music is centered around indie and alternative rock and among her favorite artists are Manchester Orchestra, Julien Baker, Mumford & Sons, Snow Patrol, Noah Kahan, and The Airborne Toxic Event.

Crystal is also an avid reader whose most read genre is historical fiction and her #1 book recommendation is The Nightingale by Kristen Hannah. One of her biggest treasures is her collection of vintage books and the untold stories they hold.
