Tim is CEO and founder of C to C Healthcare Connections where he, along with partner and long-time colleague, Karen Counter (COO) are striving to change the game when it comes to Recruiting Solutions in the Healthcare Industry.

Tim started his career as an Armament Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force in 1994. By 2000, he became interested in and volunteered for a recruiting position. The Air Force’s vigorous recruiting school, followed by the experiences of Air Force recruiting, provided a strong foundation for Tim to build upon. After his Air Force career, Tim began working in the civilian sector as a Provider Locator, specializing in sourcing and lead generation. Fast forward through his sixteen years of multi-specialty clinical recruiting and senior leadership positions and you will find him at the helm of C to C Healthcare Solutions where he practices the philosophies that he has always coached:

Besides running an expanding business, his cherished quality time is spent with his wife, Leanda, and children, Devin, Karleigh, and Leah. He can also be found spoiling and over-feeding their dog (Sophie), cat (Scut Farkus), and 3 outside squirrels (Lily, Mia, and Sweet Pea). As an avid lover of the great outdoors, Tim also enjoys archery, fishing, and camping along with strumming the guitar strings around the campfire.
